Hey, folks! McCrary here with some info …

There’s a new site up– Is It Funny Today?  It takes each day’s webcomic that is registered with it and gives you the chance to vote whether it is funny or not.  When you click on the name of the strip, it takes you to the comic’s webpage and gives you a place at the top to click on whether it was… funny or not.  We are up on Tuesdays and Fridays under the “Story” heading, then you can also find us in the “Recent Story” heading on the “Story” page.  If you aren’t sufficiently confused at this point, then head on over there and check it out.  Oh, and BTW, vote for us if you feel so inclined.

I just got the Indiana Jones soundtrack collection for my birthday.  I know that has no bearing on anyone’s life, but I’m excited about it! My kids ran off scared when the “The Maproom” music blared.  That makes my wife reaalllly unhappy…

And, I read the other day they are remaking Captain Blood.  For those of you who have never seen it, it is an old b&w movie staring Errol Flynn.  It was his first pirate movie (maybe his first movie, period).  Anyway, it is a classic, although like most books to movie, it has little to do with the actual book by Raphael Sabatini.  While remakes are often a waste of time, I’m excited anytime I hear someone is making a pirate movie.
